Modern Retro Ranch is a redone 1965 ranch on 20 private acres in Swan Lake, Bethel, NY (Sullivan County), 14 minutes from Bethel Woods, the site of Woodstock. Bright colors and 60s style run through the oversized living room, kitchen, and dining room, with room for up to 16 guests in 4 bedrooms. Outside you'll find a hot tub, a big fire pit, a grill, and a deck right off the kitchen, all surrounded by farmland with no neighbors in sight. Bethel Woods is an 11-minute drive.
